RIDAY, the 30th day of December, 1898, at 12 o'clock at Noou, precisely, has been fixed for the First General Meeting of Creditors in the above Matter, to be held at the Official Receiver's Office. Land Office, Queen's Road Central, Victoria aforesaid.
No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt.
Forms of Proof and Proxy can be obtained at the Official Receiver's Office during Oflice hours.
At the First General Meeting the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtors shall be adjudged Bankrupt or whether they, the Creditors, will entertain a proposal for a Composition or Scheme of Arrangement.
