Be it remembered, that on the

: If the said license do observe all the conditions of his license and the require- ments of The Liquor Licenses Ordinance, 1898, then this Recognisanes to be voll, otherwise to remain in fall force.

I authorise the Treasurer to issue an adjunct license to the above- named person to retail intoxicating liquors on the premises named above as an Adjunct to the business erried on by him in the said house. I am satisfied the suld person is a person of good fame and reputation, and is fit and proper to conduct such house as aforesaid ; and I have taken from the said person and his sureties the requisite recognisances in the sum of three hundred dollars euch, according to the form prescribed by the said Ordinance.
