RESOLUTION. Dr. Ho KAI, pursuant to notice, addressed the Council and moved the following resolution: མ་
That it is desirable in the interests of the public that the piece of ground situate at British Kow- loon and generally known as Sung Wong Tvi (EX) or Sung Wong Tong (☀E*), together with a certain area of land surrounding and adjacent thereto, as delineated and marked red on the annexed plan, should not be let for building or other purposes, but should be reserved for the benefit of the public in perpetuity, and that the same should be delimited and marked off and kept in good order by the Public Works Department of this Colony.
