NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to

The Companies Ordinances, 1865 to 1886, a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company will be held at the Offices of the Company, No. 27, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, on Saturday, the 16th day of July, 1898, at 12 o'clock noon for the purpose of laying before such meeting an account showing the acts and dealings of the undersigned as Liquidator of the above named Company, and the manner in which the wind- ing up of the above named Company has been conducted since the commencement of such winding up, and for the purpose of fixing the remuneration of the Liquidator and distribut- ing the Assets of the Company amongst the
