NOTICE is hereby given that CHAN SIC

LING, of St, Francis Street, Victoria, Hongkong, a member of the firm of C. L. KING & CO. on behalf of himself CHAN LUK KING and TSE ON carrying on business as Distillers and Perfumers un ler the firm name of C. L.KING & Co. has on the 12th day of February, 1898, applied to His Excellency The Officer Administering the Government of Hongkong for leave to register a certain Trade Mark in the Register of Trade Marks in the Office of the Colonial Secretary for the Colony of Hongkong in the name of C. L. KING & Co.

The said Trade Mark has been or is intended to be used in respect of Florida Water and Scents of all kinds, Soaps of all kinds, Toilet Articles and Preparations for the teeth and hair, and Patent Medicines and other Medical preparations..

A facsimile of the said Trade Mark can be seen on application at the Office of the Colonial Secretary for the Colony of Hongkong.

Two facsimiles thereof have been filed and may be inspected at the Office of the Colonial Secretary, Victoria, Hongkong.
