Specification and Declaration required herein by Ordinance No. 2 of 1892 have been duly filed in the Office of the Colonial Seero- tary of Hongkong, and that it is the intention of the said SOREN LEMVIG FOG and AAGE GEORG KIRSCHNER, by Messrs. JOH NSON, STOKES & MASTER, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Solicitors, their duly authorised Agents, to apply at the Sitting of the Ex- ecutive Council bereinafter mentioned for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the said Colony of Hongkong of the above named Invention.
And Notice is hereby also given that a sitting of the Executive Council, before whom the matter of the Petition will come for decision, will be held in the Council Chamber at the Government Offices. Victoria, Hong- kong, on Monday, the 20th day of November, 1899, at 11 of the clock in the forenoon.

CHINA BORNEO COMPANY, LIMITED, IN LIQUIDATION,
struction sanctioned by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hongkong on the 21st day of October, 1899, an Agreement of Recon- struction has been entered into by me, the Official Liquidator of the China Borneo Coin- pany, Limited, in Liquidation, (hereinafter called the "Okl Company") with a new Company registered on the 1st day of Novem- ber, 1899, called The China Borneo Company, Limited (hereinafter called the "New Com- pany"). The agreement is dated the 23rd day of October, 1899, and can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Companies, Hong. kong, where it is filed. The nominal capital of the New Company is $150,000 divided into 7,500 shares of Twenty Dollars each.
Each holder of a Share or hares in the old Company (on each of which $55 has been credited as paid up) is entitled, on payment of $5 per share and delivering up the scrip for his share or shares in the Old Company, to a share or shares in the New Company on which $15 will be deemed to have been paid up in respect of the $20 face value of such share. The remaining $5 to remain to be called up at such time as the Consulting Committee may think fit.
Each holder of fully paid up shares in the Old Company is entitled, on delivering up the scrip for his fully paid up shares in the Old Company, to an equal number of fully paid up sbares in the New Company.
