NOTICE.

All persons intending to apply for Seamen's Boarding House Licences for the year 1899-1900, under section 17 of Ordinance 26 of 1891, should send in their applications in writing to this Office, on or before Friday, the 17th November, 1899, stating accurately the position of the house.

Before a Licence can be issued the applicant will be required to produce the consent of the Police Magistrate.
