The following notices have been issued by Mr. FIGG during the month : On the 7th at 11 55 a.- "The barometer has fallen slightly on the China coast. indications of a depression, moving Northwards, in the Pacific to the E. of the Loochoos. Pressure is still high over China with a slight gradient for NE winds on the coast and in the N. part of the China Sea,' Forecast:- "
light or moderate NE winds; fair."
On the 8th at 11.45 a. "The barometer has risen on the China coast. The depression is probably moving towards NE in Central Japan. Pressure remains high over China, with a slight gradient for NE winds on the coast and in the N. part of the China Sea." Forecast :-" inoderate NE winds; fair."
