WHEREAS TS'OI YEUK-SUÁN (D), a native of the village of SHEUNG CHÁK (E) in the HEUNG SHAN district (), in the province of 'Kwangtung, in the Empire of China, is now employed as a elerk in the Registrar General's Office, Victoria, in this Colony, and has resided in this Colony for the last four years, and has declared his intention of residing here por- manently, and has petitioned to be naturalized as a British subject within the limits of this Colony, and whereas it is expedient that he should be so naturalized:

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
