Postal Orders of the values named below, payable within three months at any Post Office in Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Bechuanaland Protectorate, Bermuda, British Guiana, British Central Africa Protectorate, British Honduras, Cape Colony, Cyprus, Ceylon, Dominica, Egypt, Falkland Islands, Federated Malay States, Fiji, Gambia, Gibraltar, Gold Coast, Grenada, India, Jamaica, Lagos, Labuan, Malta, Mauritius, Montserrat, Natal, Nevis, Newfoundland, New Zealand, Orange River Colony, St. Helena, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somaliland Protectorate, Soudan, Straits Settlements, Tobago, Trinidad, Transvaal, Turks or Caicos Islands, Uganda, Virgin Islands, Zanzibar, and in the United Kingdom, and at the Agencies of the British Post Office at Ascension, Beyrout, Constantinople, Panama, Salonica, Smyrna, and Tangier, can be obtained at Hongkong or at any British Post Office in China at the following prices, which include Commission:-

2. The purchaser of any Postal Order must fill in the Payce's name before parting with He may also fill in the name of the Office where payment is to be made. If this is not done the Order is payable (within three months) anywhere in the above places. Any Postal Order may be crossed to a Bank.

3. Postal Orders should always be forwarded in Registered Covers. If this precaution is not taken NO ENQUIRIES WHATEVER will be made as to the loss or alleged loss of any Order.

HARBOUR MASTER'S DEPARTMENT,

No. 161-Information has been received from the Military Authorities that Gun Practice will be carried out as under:-

On Monday, the 18th March:-

From Kowloon West and North Point, in a Westerly and Northerly direction, at ranges up to 7,000 yards, commencing at 9 a.m., aud finishing at 1 p.m.

On Tuesday, the 19th March:-

From Stonecutters, in a Westerly direction, at ranges up to 7,000 yards, com-

mencing at 7 p.m., and finishing at 10 p.m.

On Wednesday, the 20th March :--

From Stonecutters Central, in a Westerly direction, at ranges up to 10,000

yards, cominencing at 9.30 a.m., and finishing at 12 noon.

On Monday, the 25th March :-

From Pak-sha-wan, in an Easterly direction, at ranges up to 7,000 yards, com-

mencing at 7 p.m., and finishing at 9 p.m.

If the weather is unfavourable on any of the above dates, practice will take place on the following day.

All ships, junks and other vessels are to keep clear of the ranges.
