THE CROWN LANDS RESUMPTION ORDINANCE, 1900.
No. 778.-It is hereby notified, pursuant to section 16 (2) of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, that an award of $3,584.14 has been made in respect of the resumption of Kowloon Inland Lot No. 1184, and that the Land Officer, a Govern- ment Officer, is hereby appointed to pay the compensation so awarded, together with interest thereon as prescribed by the said Ordinance, at his office, and during Govern- ment Office hours between 11 o'clock in the forenoon of Thursday, the 10th day of December, 1931, and 4 o'clock in the afternoon of Thursday, the 10th day of December, 1931. If no claim be made for the compensation money at the place and within the time appointed the officer appointed as above will cause the money unclaimed to be paid into the Treasury, and the provisions of section 16 (5) and (6) of the said Ordinance as to claims within five years, or transfer, thereafter, to the general revenue of the Colony, as the case may be, will apply to the said money.
