An Ordinance to amend further the Arms and
Ammunition Ordinance, 1900.
[23rd October, 1931.]
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Arms and Ammunition Amendment Ordinance, 1981.
2. This Ordinance shall come into operation on the first day of January, 1932.
3. Section 3 of the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance, 1900, as amended by section 7 of the Arms aud Ammuni- tion Amendment Ordinance, 1929, is amended by the addition of the following sub-section at the end thereof,-

(3) The fee payable for such licence sball Schedule. be that mentioned in the Second Schedule.
4. Section 27 of the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance, 1900, is amended by the addition of the following words after the words "First Schedule" at the end thereof :-
or the Table of Fees in the Second Schedule".
5. The Second Schedule to the Arms and Ammunition. of Ordinance Ordinance, 1900, is amended No. 2 of 1900, Second
Schedule.
(by the deletion of the figure "S. 10" in the headline and by the substitution therefor of the figures "SS. 3 and 10".

payable in advance.
