Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 7 of the Entertainments Tax Ordinance, 1930, Ordinance No. 28 of 1930, on the 30th day of September, 1931.
The Entertainments Duty Regulations contained in the Second Schedule to the Entertainments Tax Ordinance, 1930, are hereby amended by the addition of the follow- ing regulation :-*
20. The proprietor of an entertainment who has made arrangements and given security as mentioned in regulation 6 (2) may, with the approval of the Treasurer, make a charge of 60 cents as the payment for admission including duty.
Where such charge is so made, the price of admission exclusive of duty shall be deemed to exceed 50 cents, and the duty shall be 10 cents.

Regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, 1922, Ordinance No. 5 of 1922, on the 1st day of October, 1931.
REPEAL.
1. Subject to the provisions of section 12 of the Interpretation Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 31 of 1911, as to the effect of such repeal, and subject to the continuance in force of the Order published in the Hong Kong Government Gazette Extraordinary of the 1st October, 1931, all regulations heretofore made under section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, 1922, are repealed and the following Regulations are substituted therefor :-
OBSTRUCTION ARREST AND EXPULSION.
2. No person shall obstruct any person in the exercise of any power conferred on him by any regulation made under the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, 1922.
3. It shall be lawful for any public officer to arrest any person whom he may sus- pect of having contravened any regulation made under the Emergency Regulations Ordi- nance, 1922,
4. The Inspector General of Police and any police officer authorised by him, either generally or specially, shall have power to arrest and detain any person who appears to him to have no regular employment in the Colony, and the Inspector General of Police shall have power to order any such person to leave the Colony forthwith. Any order made under this regulation shall be sufficient authority to all police officers and to the master and crew of any ship or the guards and attendants of any train to use within the Colony and the waters thereof such force and restraint as may be necessary to carry out such order.
