The inspecting Revenue Officer shall be entitled to draw such samples free of charge for submission to the Analyst.
9. Drawbacks der these regulations shall be paid at the rate for conventional dollars fix by the Colonial Treasurer and applicable to the month in which the application for drawback is made, or if the date when the goods were packed for export can in the opinion of the Superintendent be accurately determined, but not otherwise, at the sterling rate prevailing when the goods were so packed.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 3 (1) (b) of the Motor Spirit Ordinance, 1930, Ordinance No. 4 of 1911, on the 17th day of September, 1931.
The drawback regulations contained in the First Schedule of the aforesaid Ordi- nance are hereby amended by the substitution of the words "twenty-five" for the word "fifteen" in the second line of Regulation No. 1.
