No. 525.-It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council pur- suant to section 57 of the Trade Marks Ordinance, 1909, (Ordinance No. 40 of 1909) has prescribed and notified that the undermentioned fees shall be paid in respect of applications, registrations and other matters under the said Ordinance as from the 1st day of September, 1931.
The existing First Schedule to the Trade Mark Rules, which came into operation on the 1st day of April, 1910, is hereby rescinded as from the said 1st day of September, 1931.

FEES.
The following fees shall be paid in connexion with applications, registrations, and other matters under the Ordinance. Such fees must in all cases be paid before or at the time of the doing of the matter in respect of which they are to be paid :--
1. On application not otherwise charged to register a trade mark, or a series of trade marks for one or more articles included in one class Form No. 1...
