Amendment
of Ordinance No. 1 of 1845, s. 10 as amended
An Ordinance to amend the Summary Offences
Ordinance, 1845.
[17th July, 1931.]
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council there- of, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Summary Offences Amendment Ordinance, 1931.
2. Section 10 of the Summary Offences Ordinance, 1845, as amended by section 3 of the Summary Offences Amendment Ordinance, 1924, is amended by the dele- tion of the words five dollars" and by the sub- by Ordinance stitution therefor of the words "twenty five dollars ",
