Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 25 (4) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, on the 6th day of July, 1931.

Table M in the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, is hereby further amended by the insertion, next after regulation 7E, of the following regula- tion :-

7F. The portions of the seawall within the harbour of refuge referred to in the Harbour of Refuge Ordinance, 1909, on each side of the Yaumati Ferry Pier and of the Mongkok Ferry Pier, for a distance of 35 feet measured from the pier side, shall be kept clear of vessels. No vessel shall be brought alongside or lie off any of the said portions of the seawall, nor shall any vessel, other than the ferry vessels using the said piers, approach any of such portions of the seawall.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 37 (2) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, on the 9th day of July, 1931.

Table E in the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, is hereby further amended by the insertion, next after regulation 39, of the following regula- tion,-

39A. During the months of May to October inclusive, no launch or motor boat

shall lie or anchor in Lu Tiang Wan (Island Bay).
