To the Owner of Survey District I Lot No. 6099.
No. 310. -Take notice that Survey District I Lot No. 6099 is required for a public- purpose and will be resumed on the expiration of one month from the date hereof and that thereupon such compensation will be paid as may be awarded in the manner pro- vided by the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, as amended by the Crown Lands Resumption Amendment Ordinance, 1930, and you are hereby called upon to nominate a member to serve on the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of such resumption. In the event of your failing to nominate a member to serve on the Board within one week after the date of the expira- tion of this notice then the Chairman of the Board may nominate a member to serve on your behalf.
