(a) Salisbury Road, from the Star Ferry Pier to Canton Road, thence, Canton Road to Austin Road, thence, Austin Road to Nathan Road, thence, Nathan Road to Prince Edward Road, thence, Prince Edward Road to the Railway line, thence the Railway line to the tunnel face at Kowloon Tong, thence to the northern end of Waterloo Road, thence, Waterloo Road to Prince Edward Road, thence Prince Edward Road to Argyle Street, thence Argyle Street to Waterloo Road, thence, Waterloo Road to the Railway line, thence, the Railway line to Chatham Road, thence, due south to the south seashore, thence, the sea shore or sea wall to the Star Ferry Pier.
(b) The whole area enclosed by the above boundaries.
(e) Jordan Road, west of the said area.
ARTICLES TO BE HAWKED AND PLACES WHERE HAWKING IS PROHIBITED.
9. Licensees are only permitted to hawk articles of the nature or class specified on their licences.
10. No licensee shall hawk any prepared food not usually sold by licensed hawkers.
11. Within the prescribed market limits no licensee shall hawk any wares usually sold in the Markets.
12. No licensee shall hawk or have in his possession with a view to hawk any of the following flowers or plants, or any flower or plant the hawking or possession of which is prohibited,---
1. Cypripedium purpuratum
2. All azaleas
3. Enkianthus quinqueflorus
4. Ixora chinensis..
5. Lilium Brownii
6. Litsea citrata..
7. Bauhinia blakeana
S. Manglietia fordiana ..........
9. Pavetta indica
10. Spathoglottis pubescens
11. Arundina chinensis ....

13. Any licensee found in possession of any of the flowers or plants enumerated in condition No. 12 shall be presumed until the contrary is proved to have the said flower or plaut in his possession with a view to hawk, provided that in the case of the flower or plant of Lilium Brownii no offence shall be deemed to have been commited if it is proved to the satisfaction of the Magistrate by the person charged that such flower or plant hawked or had in his possession with a view to hawk, is not a wild-growing but a culti- vated specimen of such flower or plant.
14. Licensees are not permitted to hawk their wares within the limits for the time being of the Wong Nei Chung Recreation Ground.
