Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Post Office Ordinance, 1926, Ordinance No. 7 of 1926, on the 7th day of April, 1931.
Regulation 28 made by the Governor in Council and set forth in Government Notification No. 353 in the Gazette of the 13th June, 1930, is hereby rescinded and the following regulation is substituted therefor :---
28. Letters will be accepted at Hong Kong for transmission by the United States Air Mail Services to the undermentioned destinations and at the charges specified. The charges are in addition to the regular postage.
