No. 208. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. CECIL GRAHAM PERDUE to be a Divisional Superintendent of Police, and Director Criminal Investigation, with effect from 1st January, 1930.

No. 209.- His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the following Committee to advise him regarding applications under the Companies Ordinance, 1911, (as amended by the Companies Ordinance, 1930), for authority to act as Auditors in respect of Companies, other than China Companies, registered under the principal Ordi- nance, which keep their accounts in Chinese:

No. 210.-In accordance with the Resolutions passed by the Legislative Council on the 26th day of February, 1931, I hereby give notice that the figure representing the average opening selling rates for the month of March, 1931, of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation for demand drafts on London is settled at 11.79.

SUPREME COURT.

No. 211.-The Offices of the Supreme Court will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the Easter Vacation, except on Public and General Holidays, when the offices will be entirely closed. The Easter Vacation begins on the 3rd day of April, 1931, and terminates on the 9th day of April, 1931, (both days inclusive).
