tion desire to undertake the work and that the remains removed from such graves shall be re-interred or disposed of in such manner as the Secretary for Chinese Affairs in consultation with the Head of the Sanitary Department and the Board of Direction of the Tung Wah Hospital shall think fit and that all reasonable expenses in connection with such removal, re-interment and disposal shall be defrayed out of the public revenue of the Colony.

Rule made by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, with the con- currence of His Excellency the Governor, under and in accordance with the provisions of section 4 of the Suitors' Funds Ordinance, 1896, Ordinance No. 5 of 1896.

Paragraph (1) of Rule 15 of the Suitors' Funds Rules, 1928, is hereby rescinded and the following paragraph is substituted therefor :-

"(1) Money lodged in Court after the 30th day of June, 1930, to the credit of any account shall be credited with interest at the rate (if any) allowed for the time being for current accounts by the bank with which such money is lodged pursuant to paragraph (6) of Rule 4; provided that no interest shall be credited to money lodged in Court to the credit of any account in the following cases :-

(a) When the money is paid into Court as security for costs or by way of satisfaction or amends or in compliance with an order giving leave to defend upon such payment, or

(b) When the amount is less than $100.00.”
