Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 3 (i) (b) of the Tobacco Ordinance, 1916, Ordinance No. 10 of 1916, on the 19th day of February, 1931.

The rates of drawback as set forth in Government Notification No. 352 of 1930, as amended by Government Notification No. 492 of 1930, shall be proportionately reduced in respect of Tobacco hereafter manufactured from raw leaf on which duty shall have been paid according the amended scale as set forth in the order of the Governor made this day under the provisions of the Public Revenue Protection Ordinance, 1927.

2. Such drawbacks shall be paid at the sterling rate for conventional dollars fixed for the month in which the application for drawback is made.
