1. The Council met pursuant to adjournment. His Excellency the Governor

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 15 of the Wild

Birds Ordinance, 1922, on 30th October, 1930.

Notification under section 7 of the Holidays Ordinance, 1912, on 12th Decem-

ber, 1930.

REPORT OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE.

4. The Colonial Secretary laid on the table the Report of the Finance Committee

(No. 17), dated the 22nd December, 1930, and moved its adoption. The Colonial Treasurer seconded.

Question-put and agreed to.

ADJOURNMENT.

5. The Council then adjourned sine die.
