Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 27 of the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 2 of 1900, on the 3rd day of January, 1931.
The following charges for the storage of arms at the Government Gunpowder Depôt are hereby prescribed :--
For single packages,-
(a) not exceeding 50 lbs. gross weight,-
$1 a month or fraction of a month for each package.
(b) exceeding 50 lbs. gross weight,-
$1 a month or fraction of a month, or 25 cents a month or fraction of a month for each 50 lbs. or fraction of 50 lbs. of the gross weight of the package, whichever shall be the greater.
For consignments,
$1 a month or fraction of a month, or 25 cents a month or fraction of a month for each 50 lbs, or fraction of 50 lbs. of the gross weight of the consignment, whichever shall be the greater.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Vehicles and Traffic Regulation Ordinance, 1912, Ordinance No. 40 of 1912, on the 8th day of January, 1931.
The Traffic Regulations set forth on pages 617-655 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, amended as appears in Government Notifications No. 368 of 1926, No. 331 of 1927, No. 586 of 1928, Nos. 27, 334, 553 and 653 of 1929 and Nos. 218, 376 and 518 of 1930, are hereby further amended as follows:-
In the table in regulation 5—
(1) by the substitution for item (e) of the following item,—
(e) Public motor vehicles
other than motor omni- buses and charabancs.
$5, together with a further | 1st January.
sum of $5 for each seat for a passenger in the vehicle.
(2) by the substitution for item (f) of the following item,-
(f) Motor omnibuses and charabancs (these vehi- cles must be fitted with pneumatic tyres).
$5, together with a further sum of $10 for each seat for a passenger in the vehicle.
