It is hereby notified that THOMAS PARKER CONOLLY, Senior Inspector, Sanitary Department, has been suspended from the exercise of his office for corrupt practices, with effect from the 12th instant, pending the decision of the Secretary of State for the Colonies regarding his dismissal from the Government Service.

The Fine Arts Copyright Ordinance, 1901, (Ordinance No. 17 of 1901).

No. 105.-Notice is hereby given that MEE CHEUNG, No. 1 Ice House Lane, Photo- grapher, has on the 11th day of February, 1907, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Proprietors of Copyright in Paintings, Drawings and Photographs of Eleven groups of Royal party, also two pictures of Duke landing in Canton, also three views of landing of Duke in Hongkong, also three views of unveiling of statues, also two pictures of Ko Shing theatre, also three views of Duke's departure, in the name of MEE CHEUNG, Photographer, who claims to be the proprietor thereof.

A facsimile of the said Eleven groups of Royal party, also two pictures of Duke landing in Canton, also three views of landing of Duke in Hongkong, also three views of unveiling of statues, also two pictures of Ko Shing theatre, also three views of Duke's departure, can be seen at the Office of the Registrar General of Hongkong.
