OTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong dated 2nd day of December, 1930, confirming the Reduction of the Capital of the above-named Company from $200,000 to $160,000, and sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and the Deferred Ordinary share- holders the Preferred Ordinary shareholders and the holders of Ordinary shares issued with preferential rights in the said Company and the Minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the Capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above Ordinances were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 8th day of December, 1930.

And further take notice that the said Minute is in the words and figures following :-

"The Capital of the Company is hence- forth $160,000:00 divided into 16,000 shares of $10.00 each, reduced from $200,000.00 divided into 8,000 deferred ordinary shares of $5.00 each 8,000 preferred ordinary shares of $10.00 each and 8,000 ordinary shares issued with preferential rights by cancelling the said 8,000 deferred ordinary shares of $5.00 each and by converting the 8,000 preferred ordinary shares and the 8,000 ordinary shares issued with preferential rights into 16,000 ordinary shares. At the time of the registration of this Minute the sum of $10.00 per share has been and is deemed to be paid up on the said 18,000 ordinary shares."
