A BILL

INTITULED
An Ordinance for promoting the revision of the Ordinances of Hong Kong by the repeal of Ordinances and other Enactments which are spent or no longer required and by the correction of errors.
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Law Revision Short title, Ordinance, 1930.
2. The following Ordinances are repealed.

4.-(1) Section 45 (1) of the Offences Against the Amendment Person Ordinance, 1865, as amended by section 2 of of Ordinance the Offences Against the Person Amendment Ordi- No. 2 of nance, 1929 is further amended by the substitution of Ordinance the letters (a) and (b) for the figures (1) and (2) in No. 13 of the second and ninth lines of the said sub-section and 1929. by the deletion of the words "by force or fraud” in · · the second line of the paragraph of the said sub-sec- tion so lettered (b).

(2) Form No. 5 in the Schedule of the Criminal Amendment Procedure Ordinance, 1899, as enacted by section 10 of Ordinance of the Criminal Procedure Amendment Ordinance, 1899. 1930, is amended by the substitution of the words Ordinance "This is to certify" for the words “This is certify ".
