in English by a person whose name appears in the first part of the current authorised list and as to that part which is kept in Chinese by a person whose name appears in the second part of the current authorised list. Nothing herein shall be deemed to prevent the Governor in Council authorising the inclusion of a name in both parts of the cur- rent authorised list.
Objects and Reasons.
This Ordinance amends the law contained in section 113 (1) of the Companies Ordinance, 1911, under which the Registrar of Companies had to publish lists of persons qualified in his opinion to perform the duties required of an auditor, by repealing that sub-section and by substituting a sub-section more closely analo- gous to section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, (Ordinance No. 1 of 1903) under which the Governor in Council controls the appoint- ment and removal of authorised architects.

Philippine Ports. Inspections outside Manila harbour from 20th April.
All ports in the United States of America, including the Hawaiian Is- lands.
Bangkok.
Third class passengers and new crew must comply with the vaccination requirements.
Inspections outside the ports from 1st April. Steerage passengers must comply with the vaccination require- ments. Cabin passengers must produce a vaccina- tion certificate or be vaccinated by ships doctor or quarantine authorities.
Vessels detained at river mouth and passengers and crew vaccinated unless they can produce evidence of successful recent vaccination.
Philippine Ports. Vessels arriving at Manila or Cebu (or at other ports of entry in the Philippine Islands) having loaded rice or peanuts (ground nuts) at Hong Kong must be fumigated immediately upon arrival and prior to the discharge of cargo. At present fumigation can be performed only at Manila and Cebu.
