NOTICE is hereby given that Thursday
the 9th day of October, 1930, at 11.30 o'clock in the forençon precisely, has been fixed for the First General Meeting of Creditors in the above matter, to be held at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, Hong Kong.
No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt at least 24 hours before the Meeting.
Forms of proof can be obtained and filled in at the Official Receiver's Office during the office hours.
At the First General Meeting, the Creditors will be asked to consider whether, the debtor
shall be adjudged bankrupt.

Wilkinson & Grist on the 31st day of October, 1930. Notice is hereby also given that the said Hing Kee intend to carry on the said business as from the said 1st day of November, 1930, at Nos. 99 and 101, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, aforesaid under the style of Sun Mau Woo Hing Kee Company. And notice is hereby further given that the debts of the said Sun Man Woo Company incurred up to the said 31st day of October, 1930, are to be paid by Sun Man Woo Company that the said Hing Kee will assume no responsibility therefor.
