No. 387.-It is hereby notified that, on the application of SILAS GEORGE GOARD of 8, Stanley Terrace, Quarry Bay, in the Colony of Hongkong, a Diver, at present in the employ of Taikoo Dockyard and Engineering Company of Hongkong, Limited, His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government in Council has been pleased to direct that the said SILAS GEORGE GOARD may use and publish in the Colony for a period of 12 months from the 14th day of August, 1919, an invention for Ships Moorings with- out prejudice to the Letters Patent to be granted for the said invention.
