Application for Registration of Trade Marks.
OTICE is hereby given that Southern California Fish Corporation, a Cor- poration of the State of California, and of Terminal Island, California, U.S.A., have, on the 21st day of April, 1930, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks :-
SENORITA
SUNSHINE
in the name of Southern California Fish Corporation, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants in respect of :--
Canned fish, smoked fish and preserved fish, in Class 42. The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the re- presentation of a fish appearing in the "Senorita" Trade Mark.
Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Regis- trar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
