Order made by the Officer Administering the Government in Council under section 4 of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, Ordinance No. 32 of 1915, on the 21st day of August, 1919.
No person shall, without the permission of the Superintendent of Imports and Exports, export or attempt to export from the Colony any Hongkong silver subsidiary coins, unless he is a bona fide traveller leaving the Colony in which case he shall be entitled to take with him out of the Colony Hongkong silver subsidiary coins of the total face value of not more than five dollars.

No. 378.-The Honourable Mr. C. G. ALABASTER, O.B.E., gave notice, on the 13th August, 1919, of the following question:--
Will the Government consider the introduction of legislation to strengthen their powers of exclusion of undesirable aliens; so that the Colony may not become a rendezvous for the subjects of the Central Powers of Europe or a centre of alien activity intrigue and propaganda?

No. 379.--His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Captain HUGH GLENCAIRN MONTEITH, R.A.M.C., to act as Medical Officer of Health, during the absence from duty of Mrs. ALICE DEBORAH HICKLING, M.B.E., with effect from the 12th August, 1919.
