J. Keswani & Co." at No. 24, Ice House Street, Victoria, aforesaid
said R. J. Keswani & Co. to Hassan Sadick is desirous of trausferring the business of the
Merchant Victoria, aforesaid on the Eight day of September, 1930.
The Transferce intends to carry on the said

The above Trade Marks have not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of Hosiery and other ready-made clothing in Class 38,
The applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the words "Extra Quality Hosiery" and the figures "555" in Mark (1).
Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Regis- trar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
