No. S. 276.-Tenders are invited for the supply of one single screw teakwood launch for the Government Marine Surveyor.
The cost is on
no account to exceed $30,000 Hong Kong currency.

To be propelled by a Semi Diesel 72 B.H.P. Motor.
To be built generally in accordance with a design prepared by the Government Marine Surveyor a plan of which may be seen at the Government Marine Surveyor's Office.
The hull, machinery and equipment to be constructed throughout of first class materials to the entire approval of the Harbour Master and the Government Marine Surveyor who will examine and approve the plans and specifications before construction is commenced.
Three complete sets of plans to be supplied with the launch.
Tenders to state estimated speed of launch and also earliest date of delivery.
Tenders in quintuplicate with full specifications and detail plans will be received at the Office of the Colonial Secretary up to Noon of Thursday, the 24th July, 1930.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

HARBOUR DEPARTMENT.
No. S. 277.-Tenders are invited for the purchase of the Government Steam Yacht Stanley.
The vessel will be sold as she lies at the Yaumati Government Slipway with all gear and fittings on board.
The approximate dimensions of the vessel are as follows:-
Length-121 feet.
Breadth 19 feet 1 inch.
Draft-5 feet forward, 9 feet aft.
*Sealed tenders in triplicate which should be marked "Tenders for the purchase of steam yacht Stanley", will be received at the Office of the Colonial Secretary until Noon of Friday, August 1st, 1930.
Further particulars may be obtained from the Harbour Master.
Applications to view the vessel should be made to the Assistant Government Marine Surveyor, Yaumati Government Slipway.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.
