in the name of the said South China Trading Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The above Trade Mark No. (1) has been used

by the Applicants in respect of Preparations, Compounds, liquids, powder, and substances for cleaning, polishing or whitening various articles such as canvas and white cloth in Class 50, and in addition it is their intention to use the mark in respect of Preparations, compounds, liquids, powder, creams and substances for cleaning, polishing or whitening various articles such as canvas, white cloth, leather, furniture, cutlery, china, glass, earthenware and metal goods in Class 50.

The above trade mark No. (2) has been used by the Applicants in respect of Stationery in Class 39.

With regard to trade mark No. (1) the Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of all written matter except the word "Scissors". Trade Mark No. (1) is associated with Trade Mark No. 353 of 1929.
