claims to be the sole proprietor thereof.
The above Trade Mark has been used by the Applicant since January, 1930, in respect of chemical substances prepared for use in medi- cine and pharmacy, in Class 3.
The Applicant disclaims the right to the exclusive use of the Chinese characters
(), meaning "Life Lengthening Powder"), meaning "Hong Kong” and (E) meaning “Prepared under the
supervision of".
