in the name of the said Lever Brothers (China), Limited, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants in respect of Com- mon Soap, in Class 47 and Perfumed Soap, in Class 48.

The Trade Mark No. 1 is limited to the colours purple, mauve, green and yellow exactly as shown in the representation on the form of Application

These two Trade Marks in Class 47 are to be associated with each other and with Trade Marks Nos. 103в of 1900 and 119 of 1906 and in Class 48 with each other and with Trade Mark No. 407 of 1929.
