N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of Business Ordinance No. 25 of
1923, Notice is hereby given that Leung Hoi
Yuen, (), of Victoria, in the
Colony of Hong Kong, carrying on business as boarding house keeper under the style or firm name of The Wan Kau Boarding House
(), of Nos. 30 and 32, New
Market Street and Nos, 23 and 25, Tung Loy Street, (1st and 2nd floors, Victoria, aforesaid is desirous of transferring the said business of the said Wan Kau Boarding House to Chan
Shin Hing, (B), otherwise Tai Hing Tong,), (who is the transferee). of No. 6, North Street, (2nd floor), Victoria, aforesaid on the 9th day of June, 1930.
The Transferee intends to carry on the busi- ness at Nos. 30 and 32, New Market Street and Nos. 23 and 25, Tung Loy Street, (1st and
2nd floors, Victoria, aforesaid and will not
assume the liabilities incurred by the Trans- feror, in the said business.
