Order under section 91b of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordi- nance No. 1 of 1903, made by the Officer Administering the Government on the 20th day of May, 1919.

WHEREAS I, CLAUD SEVERN, Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, the Officer Administering the Government of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, deem it expedient for a public purpose to order the removal of a certain grave on Crown Land which is not in an authorized cemetery, namely the grave on the line of road being formed, contouring the hillside in Wong Nei Cheong and Tai Hang Valleys, near the South-eastern end of the Colonial Cemetery, NOW, THEREFORE, I by this Order under my hand by virtue of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 91b of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, and all other powers thereto me enabling DO HEREBY ORDER AND DIRECT that the said grave be removed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works either by the legal personal representatives or next of kin of the persons buried therein or by the Public Works Department or by the Tung Wa Hospital should the Board of Direction desire to undertake the work and that the remains removed from such grave shall be re-interred in such manner as the Secretary for Chinese Affairs in consultation with the Head of the Sanitary Department and the Board of Direction of the Tung Wa Hospital shall think fit and that all reasonable expenses in connection with such removal, re-inter- ment and disposal shall be defrayed out of the public revenue of the Colony.

Order made under Section 3 of the Unclaimed Balances Ordinance, 1885, Ordinance No. 1 of 1885.

1, CLAUD SEVERN, Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, the Officer Administering the Government of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, in virtue of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the aforesaid Ordinance, hereby order that the following unclaimed sums of money in the Treasury be transferred to the General Revenue of the Colony, subject to the provisions of the said Ordinance as to refund if claimed after such transfer, viz.:-

1. $5 paid on 19th April, 1909, by one Ng Kain being a deposit in respect of the cancellation of re-entry upon Ma Wan Lot No. 23, Southern District.

2. $16.67 paid on 11th December, 1913, being balance of moneys levied by distraint on the property of one Wong Shun of 11 and 13 Kowloon Kai, Kowloon City, under judgment in Action No. 297 of 1913 in the Southern District Land Office.

3. $4 paid on 13th January, 1914, by one Chau Shiu-kwan being a deposit in respect of purchase of Crown Land at Ching I, Southern District.

4. $20.54 paid on 15th June, 1914, being balance of moneys levied by distraint. on the property of one Lam Tam of the Wo Chan Shop, 1, Chu Tsai Kai, Kowloon City, under judgment in Action No. 102 of 1914 in the Southern District Land Office.

In accordance with section 8 of the aforesaid Ordinance, any claimant to the moneys may present a petition on that behalf to the Supreme Court against the Attorney General as respondent thereto.
