SIR-With reference to Mr. Bonar Law's Circular despatches of the 15th of June, 1915, and 22nd October, 1915, I have the honour to inform you that the Vice-Admiral Commanding-in-Chief the Allied Naval Forces in the Mediterranean has declared the following blockade raised as from the 21st of February, 1919-
1. Blockade of Cavalla, notified on 16th September, 1916.
2. Blockade of the Mediterranean Coasts of Bulgaria, notified on 16th October,
1915.
3. Blockade of the Dardanelles Coasts and Turkey, notified on 6th June, 1915. 4. Blockade of the Coasts of Caramania and Syria, established on 23rd April,
1915.

NOTE. The above despatch modifies to a certain extent the blockade of the coast of Asia Minor which is notified in Notification No. 354 published in the Gazette of the 6th August, 1915, and altogether supersedes Notification No. 529 which was published in the Gazette of the 10th December, 1915.

By His Excellency CLAUD SEVERN, Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Officer Administering the Government of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies :
Whereas by the Military Stores (Exportation) Ordinance, 1862, it is enacted that it should be lawful for the Governor, by and with the advice of the Executive Council by Proclamation to prohibit, for such period as should be mentioned in such Proclamation, either to be exported from the Colony of Hongkong, or to be carried coastwise within the said Colony (amongst other things) Arms, Ammunition, Gunpowder, and Military and Naval Stores, and any articles which the Governor may judge capable of being converted into or made useful in increasing the quantity of Military or Naval Stores, or any or either of such Arms, Ammunition, Gunpowder, Stores, Goods or Articles respec- tively, subject to any permission that may be obtained under Section 3 of the Ordinance:
And whereas, by various Proclamations issued from time to time, such exportation and carriage coastwise were prohibited, and remain prohibited until the 27th day of May, 1919, and it is expedient to continue such prohibition:
