The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants as to the first three in respect of Toilet soap, in Class 48 and as to the last, No. 4, in respect of perfumery (including toilet articles, preparations for the teeth and hair and perfumed soap), in Class 48.
The said Trade Marks are to be associated one with the other.
