OTICE is hereby given that Chỏi Clong
Mo. (MX), of No. 10, Tung
Seng Road, Aberdeen, in the Colony of Hong Kong, Merchant, has, on the 21st day of November, 1929, applied for the registration in Hong Kong in the register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark, viz :---
in the name of the said Ling Nam Hardware Manufacturing Company, who claim to be she proprietors thereof.
The above Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of Flash Lights or Electric Torches, in Class 8.
The Applicants disclaimed the right to the exclusive use of the words "Ling Nam" and the representation of an Electric Toreh.
