No 103.---With reference to Government Notification No. 71 published in the Gazelle of the 44th February, 1919, His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has appointed the following gentlemen, in addition to those already notified, to be members of the Committee to consider the measures to be taken to celebrate the conclusion of Peace, and the manner in which the victory of the Allied arms shall be commemorated in the Colony of Hongkong:
