No. 92. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has, under instructions received from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, been pleased to appoint Mr. CHARLES MCILVAINE MESSER, O.B.E., to be Colonial Treasurer and Collector of Stamp Revenue in place of Mr. ALEXANDER MACDONALD THOMSON, retired, with effect from the 11th December, 1918.

His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of Section 10 of the Medical Registration Ordi- nance, 1884, Ordinance No. 1 of 1884, Mrs. ALICE DEBORAH HICKLING, L.R.C.P., M.R.C.S., to be a Member of the Medical Board, vice Mrs. DAISY ANNABELA MURDOCH GALE resigned, for a term of three years, with effect from the 26th February, 1919.

His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of Section 10 of the Medical Registration Ordi- nance, 1884, Ordinance No. 1 of 1884, Dr. GEORGE HAROLD THOMAS to be a Member of the Medical Board during the absence from the Colony of Dr. JAMES HERBERT SANDERS, with effect from the 9th February, 1919.
