Order made by the Officer Administering the Government in Council under section 10 of the Travellers Restriction Ordinance, 1915, Ordinance No. 19 of 1915, on the 16th day of January, 1919.
The First Schedule to the Travellers Restriction Ordinance, 1915, is repealed and the following Schedule is substituted therefor :-
First Schedule.
(s. 10.)
Persons to whom section 10 of the Travellers Restriction Ordinance, 1915, is to apply.
All persons except-
(a) Members of His Majesty's Regular Naval or
Military Forces travelling on duty.
(b) Persons of Chinese race.
NOTE: The effect of the above Order in Council is that in future all persons intending to leave the Colony must first obtain a Police pass, except the following persons:—
(a) Members of His Majesty's Regular or Naval Military Forces travelling on duty. (b) Persons of Chinese race.
No. 28. It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government in Council has, under Section 7 of the Holidays Ordinance, 1912, Ordi- nance No. 5 of 1912, appointed Monday, the 3rd day of February, 1919, to be observed as a General Holiday.

Ordinance No. 10 of 1918.-An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a
Supplementary Sum of Two million seven hun- dred and fifty-two thousand one hundred and fifty-two Dollars and fifty-eight Cents to defray the Charges of the year 1917.
Ordinance No. 12 of 1918.-An Ordinance to repeal the Anglo-Portuguese Com-
mercial Treaty Ordinance, 1917.
