to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants in
respect of Manufactured Tobacco in Class 45.
Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the Applicants
the exclusive use of the words "Mitchell's Prize Crop ".
Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the Offices of the
Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the Undersigned.
