NOTICE.
N accordance with Section 3 of Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, (Fraudulent Transfers of Businesses). Notice is hereby given that on the expiration of one mouth from the date of publication of this Notice in the Hong Kong Government Gazette the Far East Hat Manu- facturing Company, of No. 175, Portland Street, Mongkok will transfer their business together with the good-will thereof to Hing Cheong Tak Kee of No. 5, Kau U Fong, Victoria, Hong
under the name of Far East Hat Manufacturing Company at 175, Portland Street, aforesaid.
The Transferees assume none of the liabilities incurred by the Transferors.
