NOTICE is hereby given that Lambert Pharmacal Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, engaged in business as Manufacturers, with a principal place of business at 7 West 10th Street,

State of Delaware, United States of America, have, on the 24th day of July, 1928, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-
LISTERINE
in the name of Lambert Pharmacal Company who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants since 1st May, 1881, in respect of the following goods:-
Chemical substances used for agricul- tural, horticultural, veterinary and sanitary purposes, in Class 2,
and
Chemical substances prepared for use in medicine and pharmacy excepting antiseptic medicinal preparation in Class 3,
and since 1st January, 1895, in respect
of the following goods
Perfumery, (including toilet articles, preparations for the teeth and hair, and perfumed soap), in Class 48.
The Trade Mark is to be associated with, Trade Mark No. 65 of 1908 in Class 3 and No. 145 of 1905, in Class 48.
