NOTICE OF INTERIM DIVIDEND.
OTICE is hereby given that an Interim Dividend of Four per cent. (40), on the nominal amount per share paid up (ie., Forty Cents per share on the shares of the Company, $10 fully paid-up; and Ten cents per share on the shares $2.50 paid-up), for
the six months ended 30th June, 1928, will be paid on Wednesday, the 12th day of Septem- ber, on which date Dividend Warrants may be obtained on application at the Registered Office of the Company, Exchange Building, 4th floor.
The Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Friday, the 7th September to Tuesday, the 11th September, (both days in- clusive), during which period no transfer of shares can be registered.
